How to change an AP logo in Splash Access

  • Updated

Overview

Splash Access allows you to customise the branding for individual access points by assigning a unique logo to each device. This is especially helpful for organisations with multiple locations that require location‑specific branding. When applied, the custom logo will override the default system logo.

Steps to Override the Default Logo

1. Log in to the Admin Panel

Access your Splash Access admin dashboard using your administrator credentials.

2. Go to Access Point Locations

In the left‑hand navigation menu, select “Access Point Locations.” This will display a list of all APs associated with your account.

3. Select the AP to Update

Find the access point you want to customise and click the Upload button next to its MAC address.

4. Upload Your Custom Logo

Choose an image file from your device. Important: The image must be no larger than 720px × 380px.

5. Save and Apply

Once uploaded, the new image will automatically replace the default logo for that specific AP.
